SERVICE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

GENERAL

ENGINE

2 Replace air filter element (More frequent replacement. 30000 QQQ

if dust condition is severe)

3 Change Engine oil and Oil filter (10000 km OR 10000 QQQQQQQQQQ

12 months whichever is earlier)

4 Change fuel filter 10000 QQQQQQQQQQ

5 Check drive (Alternator & AC) belts for tension, Every Service QQQQQQQQQQQ

adjust tension if required, replace if necessary

6 Replace Alternator belt (40000 km OR two years 40000

whichever is earlier )

7 Replace AC compressor belt, if required 100000 Q

8 Check timing belt, replace if necessary 40000 QQ

9 Replace timing belt 100000 Q

10 Change coolant ( 40000 km OR two years 40000 QQ

whichever is earlier )

11 Replace Spark Plug 30000 QQQ

12 Check HT lead on engine for cracks or deformation 40000 QQ

BRAKES
